One of our traditions is to build a BOY gingerbread house. I put my sister in charge so that I can work on the food without any distractions. I is one of our favorite and most anticipated traditions! I have 3 boys and my sister has 1 son.

One of our favorite traditions is decorating our tree together. My husband and I have collected ornaments from every trip we’ve taken together over the past 10 years as well as from other special events and we hang those up on the tree every year. It’s so fun to remember where everything came from and the great times we’ve had. And it’s just a special tree to us because of that.

We open new pajamas on Christmas Eve. The babies get Christmas jammies, their moms get regular ones. Grandma gets some, too!

We eat cookies, drink hot cocoa and watch Christmas movies every chance we get. And, we go to Grandma & Grandpa’s on Christmas eve and watch the sky for Roudolph’s red nose all the way home. We have Christmas breakfast and open presents. This year I plan to switch the breakfast to a Christmas conteniental breakfast because most of the kids are out of the house and they will all be arriving hungry at different times. I will have waffle batter ready alond with fruit and other theings that can be ready whenever they are. If we did the hot breakfast with eggs, bacon and busquits it would be cold before some of the families arrived.
