One of Jonah's favorite things to do is practice using a hammer...preschool style. If we're working in the basement, he often asks for this activity to work alongside of us. This is a trick I learned while I was in college and kids love it!

Materials:

Directions:

Using the golf tees as nails, let your child practice using a hammer. It's fun to let them choose their design, but for an added level of difficulty, have them make a pattern.

  • Pincer grasp (helps in handwriting)
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Life skills
