  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 bag white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together. It is best to do this by hand. The batter will be thick.
  2. Using a cookie scoop, place scoops of cookie dough about 2 inches apart onto a cookie baking sheet covered in parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
