It’s official…I’m a soccer mom with a minivan.
We’ve added waking up on Saturday mornings to take Jonah to soccer into our schedule. Look at how cute he is in his soccer gear, complete with Spiderman sunglasses…
I was a little hesitant about putting him in a sport at 3 years old. I really, really, really didn’t want to start down the road of over-scheduling Jonah with sports too early, but his soccer team seems low-key enough for me. A 30 minute practice followed by a 30 minute “game”. One hour per week seemed pretty reasonable to me. Today we were only out there for 45 minutes because the kids were “over it” by then…good enough for me.
Jonah had a great time!
And yes, Jonah wore his Spiderman glasses the entire time.

I joined the soccer mom ranks this year as well, with two little boys, on two different teams. It’s running our lives at this point but they sure are cute!
