Seems like summer is the time we entertain the most. Probably because you can throw something on the grill and toss something fresh in a bowl and call it a meal. Summer entertaining is easy and fun. Fresh ingredients take center stage and a meal on the porch makes clean up easy. Two thumbs-up from me.
