We took Jonah to celebrate his cousin Cassidy’s first birthday party this weekend. Jonah enjoyed the playground and the cake…I’m not sure he noticed the birthday party festivities very much! He got to play with his other cousin Jackson who is only a few months older and they were best buddies on the playground. Look at how adorable Cassidy was eating her pink cupcake…
Jonah has entered the “age of independence” and wants to do everything himself. I’ve been letting him use utensils for a long time now, and he loves it! He’s gotten the hang of using his fork or spoon and actually getting the food in his mouth (except for those pesky pieces of corn!). Ray got a piece of cake to share with Jonah, but Jonah took over….
It won’t be long until Jonah is eating birthday cake at his 2nd birthday! Better get to work on all of the details!
