Congratulations on the news. Our son wanted a baby brother but when his sister came he was just as excited and played with her like a doll. That is until she was walking and getting into all his things. God bless you, your baby and your family.

I think maybe Jonah placed an order and is getting his request! One of my kids did that once. They prayed for a baby brother – with dark hair and dark eyes and one who was different. Both ultrasounds said girl – but we got a boy with dark hair, dark eyes (my other boys were blonde and my daughter a red head) and he’s VERY different. He’s a vegetarian while the other two hunt and fish and he’s artsy and wears dickies while the other two are cowboys and wear jeans. But – he was exactly what his older brother ordered!

And congrats on the little boy! He’ll be cute and sweet and Jonah is going to love him and be a wonderful big brother. And I can’t wait to hear that you are getting your little girl, too.

Congrats! I’m having a baby in a few weeks and we don’t know what it will be. We like to be surprised, but it’s hard to plan. Have fun planning!

Oh Shonda, I don’t know how you wait! I am a planner! Although, I feel very relaxed now since I already have tubs and tubs worth of boy things! Congrats on your baby!

I’m a planner too, Sara, but we just decided that we want to be surprised and blessed with whatever gender God gives us. It’s very fun! I’ll let you know on May 6!
